Team

Our company has 200 employees. Our New York office handles marketing, sales, onboarding, and support. Remotely, we make product decisions, handle design, and development.

The product team is small, and that’s cool — there are no “insignificant” tasks. Everything we do is important. The team is strong, which is another great aspect — it’s always exciting to be surrounded by talented people who share their experience.

What you will do

• Prepare and post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
• Independently search for relevant candidates.
• Review incoming applications.
• Conduct initial resume screenings.
• Present candidates to hiring managers and coordinate all interview stages.
• Carefully maintain the candidate database (we use Greenhouse).

Candidate expectations

• At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter in an American or European company.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Experience working with Greenhouse.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and Indeed.
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with hiring managers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment, requiring independence, speed, and dedication.
