Senior Data&Product Analyst

Our offices are located in Riga and London, but you can work remotely from anywhere you like within + / - 3 hours time difference from EET.

We can sponsor you a Latvian visa and offer you relocation if you want it.

Interviews — 3 stages, totaling around 3 hours over 2 weeks.

Our mission

To improve our product through the data-related solution by owning the entire Data function at Juro.

This means you will be the first person in the Data team and will with our help create it from scratch. You will establish good practices, ensure sanity and security of data usage and help the teams to improve our product through data-related solutions.

You will

• Create decisions based on data. Collaborating with product design and engineering teams in calculating data and metrics and interpreting results using Amplitude, Mod Analytics.
• Create user behaviour insights. Helping Product, UX research, and Customer Success to analyse user insights databases, create hypotheses, and present results to teammates.
• Define the direction of data culture at Juro. Enhancing existing data-informed culture and creating a data-driven culture.

You have met success if

In 6 months:

• All go-to-market teams have all needed answers and knowledge about how to deal with data-related questions about our clients and products.
• All required metrics and dashboards are created and used across the company.
• Data strategy is created and the direction of further data work is set up.

In 12 months:

• Production processes are data-informed and all the decisions are made based on validated data.

You will own

• Existing tooling set-up: Segment ETL, Mode Analytics, Retool, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Amplitude.
• Budget for expanding the existing tooling.
• Budget for external services and outsource companies.

You have worked in an environment where you

• Worked with analysis of data components of a product e.g. implementing new product features.
• Created insights based on data, analysis, modelling that impacted the team, the product, or the whole company.
• Worked with data strategy. Created strategy for the Data or Business Intelligence function in the company.
• Performed analyses and predictive analytics on big data sets, using SQL, Python / R.
• Worked with BI and product analytical tools: Tableau, Amplitude to help define the core drivers of success, visualize results, and leverage product data.
