Quant Analyst

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain client clusterization models to segment clients by behavior, risk profile, and flow characteristics.
• Conduct statistical analysis of client flow patterns and their impact on P&L.
• Build and validate predictive models for client behavior and order flow toxicity.

Requirements

Must-have: * STEM degree (quantitative field preferred — statistics, mathematics, physics, or similar). * Strong Python skills for data analysis and modeling. * Strong ML skills (classification, clustering, regression). * Solid understanding of financial markets.

Nice-to-have: * Experience working in financial institutions: both buy-side and sell-side are very much relevant. * Kaggle achievements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: USD 80–100K/year.
