Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic international team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in building one of the company’s core products from the ground up, as well as to contribute to AI knowledge development across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a proprietary multi-agent AI platform.
• Drive AI knowledge development within the company.
• Participate in client projects in various capacities, delivering high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Strong hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in: Agentic AI, Multi-agent Systems, Generative AI, Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with frameworks, libraries, and SDKs: PyTorch, LangChain, CrewAI, AgentFlow, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, Pandas, NumPy, OpenAI, LangGraph.
• Understanding of agent communication protocols: A2A, ACP, ANP, AG-UI, LMOS, MCP; Agora.
• Familiarity with techniques and technologies: Prompt Engineering, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, Vector Storages, MLOps, Evaluations.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of NLP, RPA, Computer Vision, Knowledge Systems, Deep Learning.
• Java development skills.
• Experience with OpenCV, Spring AI, Google ADK, Strands.
• People management experience.
