Join our technical team responsible for end-to-end implementation of client projects, from initial project planning and MVP creation to long-term sustainment.
As a Data Engineer in the Performance Marketing Analytics team, your primary responsibilities will include
- Analyze client data sources and reporting needs.
- Develop ETL pipelines to collect, transform and combine data from various systems (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, GA UA, GA4, GTM, etc.).
- Work with APIs to integrate external systems.
- Structure data models and calculate client metrics.
- Build dashboards and visual reports.
- Ensure data quality and consistency.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
- Continuously improve data processes and infrastructure.
Please note: this role is technical in nature and does not involve business operations or hypothesis-driven marketing activities.
Requirements
We're looking for a candidate with the following expertise:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with extensive hands-on experience.
- Solid experience building ETL processes and working with APIs for various external systems.
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools.
- Experience in client-facing projects, understanding technical requirements clearly.
- Fluent in Russian (native-level) and upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with web analytics (GA UA, GA4, GTM) and advertising platform APIs (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
