We are a management company in iGaming, leading a number of projects in the sector around the world. We are actively looking for a human resources professional to support all people-related matters of our team.
The team is mostly executive-level and is largely based in Cyprus. A newly hired People Partner will lead the growth and development of our business through daily support of people-related processes for the management company team.
Reports to — VP Organizational Development
Job responsibilities
- HR business partnership – collaborate with leaders to build strong teams, develop employees, and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Recruitment & onboarding – lead hiring and integration processes for management company roles, ensuring new employees adapt quickly and contribute effectively.
- Employee development – assess team needs, create training programs, and support career growth opportunities.
- Performance management – implement and maintain evaluation frameworks, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.
- HR analytics & metrics – analyze data (retention, churn rate, eNPS, time-to-hire) to identify trends and improve HR efficiency.
- Culture & engagement – develop initiatives and internal communications that enhance motivation, retention, and team cohesion in a remote-first environment.
- Reporting and HR operations – support all people-related processes, ensuring agreed timing and quality.
- Communications – facilitate healthy communication, mediate disputes, and promote a collaborative work environment.
- Compensation & rewards – coordinate competitive salary and benefits packages, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Market monitoring – track labor market trends to attract top talent and retain key employees.
- Compliance - ensure internal and market requirements are addressed properly.
- Collaboration and knowledge sharing - work closely with People Partners of businesses handled by the management company.
Key requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner with at least 1-2 years in the iGaming industry.
- Successful track records in a growing start-up or well-established business are equally welcome.
- Strong knowledge of remote team management and matrix organizational structure will be a plus.
- Readiness to be a stand-alone HR specialist in the organization.
- Deep understanding of best practices in people management.
- Fluency in English.
