Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Providing high-level customer service via email and chat.
• Responding to customer inquiries, assisting with problem-solving, and resolving conflicts.
• Processing orders, returns, and complaints.
• Providing information about company products, services, and promotions.
• Collaborating with other departments to effectively address customer issues.
• Participating in report preparation and analysis of customer feedback for continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Multitasking abilities and willingness to perform various tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Trainability and willingness to learn new skills and procedures.
• Desire to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work experience 1–3 years.
• Work from the office.

Nice to have

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of the AdTech market.
• Previous experience working directly with clients, whether in customer service roles, receptionist positions, or similar.
