Machine Learning Engineer / Consultant

Persona.ly is a global company developing a Machine Learning based RTB platform for mobile marketing, with representation in India, Singapore, Europe, the USA, South Korea, and headquarters in Israel.
We work with the best apps in gaming, NTech, and eCommerce verticals.
We help their growth efforts of user acquisition and retargeting and provide data-driven insights from our predictive models, which process over 4 million transactions a second and have more than 60 data points.
We are looking for a Machine Learning Expert. The work scope is flexible-consulting/part-time/full-time scope. It’s a fully remote work model.
You will
- Explore and solve a wide range of issues to improve our prediction capabilities, research and optimize our existing data processing and experiments.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and implementing neural networks in a production environment.
- Vast experience with recommendation systems (RecSys).
- Knowledge/background in "Two Tower Models".
- High level of proficiency in English, native proficiency in Russian.
- Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and sense of ownership.
