As a Talent Sourcer, you will be a key player in our Global Talent Acquisition Team, helping to identify and engage top talent for our hundreds of open positions in R&D. Your strong stakeholder management skills, exceptional candidate engagement abilities, and a passion for sourcing will be essential to your success in our rapidly evolving business.
Key responsibilities
Candidate Attraction
- Ignite interest in both active and potential candidates by sharing compelling business stories that highlight BrainRocket’s unique career opportunities, advantages, and rewards.
Talent Sourcing
- Utilize internal systems, conference databases, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
- Leverage your understanding of AI/ML talent markets and complex candidate profiles to build a strategic pipeline of R&D candidates.
- Develop relationships with talent pools and communities, extensively utilizing conference databases.
- Identify unique and non-traditional talent sources for current and future needs.
Candidate Experience
- Maintain high levels of candidate satisfaction by engaging candidates with motivators and incentives, preparing them for the next phases of the hiring process.
- Continuously seek out innovative ways to enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Candidate Assessment & Screening
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates, gathering relevant information such as hiring ability, relocation needs, and motivations.
Operational Compliance & Excellence
- Apply your knowledge of the entire staffing lifecycle to ensure compliance with internal and external staffing policies, standards, and regulations at all stages of the process.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry-related experience.
- 2+ years of end-to-end talent sourcing experience.
- 1+ year(s) of technical recruiting experience.
- Proficiency in English.
