We’re looking for a Senior ML Engineer specializing in computer vision who will help us build an imaging copilot for clinicians to support their decisions and improve the quality of care.

We are hiring specialists who have already relocated from Russia/Belarus or are willing to do it immediately.

Responsibilities

As a part of the team, you will be:

Participating in crucial product decisions.
Developing and enhancing CV models — detection, segmentation, landmark detection, classification.
Improving model performance — speed, throughput, hardware utilization.
Analyzing and incorporating user feedback.
Studying relevant scientific papers to bring the most advanced approaches to the product.

Required skills

Architectural knowledge in computer vision tasks such as detection, classification, landmark detection, and instance segmentation.
Proven track record of deploying and maintaining models in production environments.
PyTorch/TF & standard ML/DS stack proficiency.
Experience with model conversion and serving technologies such as ONNX, TensorRT, Triton, and TorchServe.
Python proficiency.
Proficiency in Docker and wrapping your code in services using Flask/Fast API.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Ability to rapidly experiment with hypotheses.
Model optimization and CPU inference experience.
Tidiness and reproducibility in research.
Strong teamwork skills, including documentation, presenting results, managing customer feedback, and participating in code reviews.
