Responsibilities

• Define the architecture of the product per the overall IT strategy of the division.
• Assemble and lead a cross-functional engineering team capable of working at all stages of the product life cycle.
• Personally participate in product development, write code and be an example for team members.

• Establish, maintain and develop the best engineering practices and a high level of engineering culture in the team.

Requirements

• Experience in team management from a year.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial development.
• Experience in working with databases (SQL or NoSQL, or better, both).
• Experience in developing high-load applications.
• Ability to convey technical ideas to colleagues, discuss and argue.
• Knowledge of spoken and written English from the intermediate level and higher.
