Our fundamental approach to planning, work, and communication is asynchronous. This method serves as the cornerstone of our operational principles, requiring ongoing refinement and support. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Project Manager to join the Operations team.

You will

Asynchronous work:

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve asynchronous work rules based on internal requests, identified problems, external/internal best practices, and business needs.
Set up and maintain Confluence.

Documentation:

Monitor adherence to asynchronous work rules throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Create detailed process descriptions and prepare instructional materials.
Develop and organize training events.
Provide regular developmental feedback to teams to enhance the quality of asynchronous work.
Assist new employees in their initial projects.

Support and implementation:

Support teams in the asynchronous work process, analyzing and resolving difficulties and problems.
Implement asynchronous work processes within teams.
Undertake other tasks aligned with the goals and objectives of the Operations Team.

Required experience

3+ years of experience in a Project Management, Scrum Master, or Change Agent role.
Excellent proficiency in Confluence and Jira.
English proficiency at level B2+.
Proficiency in writing clear and simple documentation and instructions.
Experience in onboarding and online training.
Exceptional communication skills, including asynchronous communication.
Experience driving change and improvements as a Change Agent.
Strong skills in providing developmental feedback.
Positive and creative mindset.
Quick thinking and reaction.
High-level customer service and empathy.
Flexibility and a proactive approach.
Enthusiastic about work and dedicated to delivering quality.
Experience in setting up processes from scratch.
Music background is advantageous.
