We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for managing the team, tasks, working with business requirements, planning, and monitoring goals achievement.
Responsibilities
- Team management: task allocation and monitoring of their progress, tracking deadlines, and task execution quality.
- Managing the team backlog: evaluation, planning, task prioritization.
- Creating and improving processes within the team.
- Interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders.
- Participation in team assembly, its development, and motivation.
Requirements
- Relevant experience of 3+ years in a Team Lead / Delivery Manager role.
- Technical background as a Backend Engineer / System Architect / DevOps Engineer.
- Experience in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations.
- Experience in people management.
- Expert in Kanban and Scrum frameworks and application of it in product management and delivery.
- Practical experience with Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence.
- English proficiency at the B2+ level.
