Delivery Director (R&D)

You will

• Collaborate with the C-level and Producers to drive R&D strategy, from vision to feature roadmap.
• Work closely with the Chief Delivery Officer to oversee the development of all new game projects.
• Lead the organizational design, including recruiting, team formation, and motivation.
• Partner with the Technical Director to choose the appropriate technologies, platforms, and game engines.
• Implement effective processes and methodologies for quick hypothesis and prototype testing.
• Conduct quality control, project evaluations, and performance metrics.
• Oversee the launch of new games, from soft launch to full release.
• Conduct industry research to identify new opportunities and competitive edges.
• Build and manage partnerships with other game studios, publishers, and stakeholders.
• Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the R&D department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Delivery director or similar positions.
• Proven experience in leading R&D teams (with a focus on gaming, preferably).
• Proficient in project and team management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A genuine passion for gaming, technology, and innovation.
