Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement necessary changes to ensure successful project completion.
• Work closely with the CTO and technical teams to identify resource needs, allocate tasks, and manage timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide support on other projects that require technical team input, as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities.
