Responsibilities
We are looking for an expert who will create a stand-alone system in collaboration with the legal, finance, and HR departments and be able to lead on the following key issues:
- Relocation and travel arrangements, visa support (working independently and coordinating contractors), budget planning and control.
- Regular updates on changes in visa and tax policies, payments.
- Support for team members in opening accounts (Russia and overseas): providing all the necessary information, monitoring the fulfillment of obligations on the contractors’ part.
- Assistance in solving emergency cases for employees.
- Support of internal and external communications.
- Participation in internal HR/Finance processes.
What we expect from the candidate
- Successful experience with similar tasks, experience building systems and processes from scratch.
- Experience creating and implementing policies for travel, relocation, counterparty database, employee guides.
- Fluent spoken and written English (C1-C2).
- Reliable, multitasking, high standards of work quality and caring (empathy).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
