You will

• Provide your expertise covering a wide range of HR areas to drive company strategic initiatives.
• Develop a strong knowledge base of business partners' functions and business objectives.
• Propose new & innovative designs to encourage accelerated completion of our business strategies.
• Develop recognition and reward strategies to sustain & attract key value-added results by Employees and Management at every level.
• Proactively help resolve issues and offer your advice to enable a rapidly growing team and ensure maximum effectiveness for your function.
• Contribute to core HR strategies including Centre of Excellence, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), talent acquisition, management, and evaluation, culture and improving processes.
• Oversee and ensure day to day HR Operations are operating efficiently and are in line with best practices.

Requirements

• An HR professional with around 6+ years of leadership experience.
• A resilient achiever — you are driven and strategic, yet extremely hands on.
• A passionate team player who can operate in an entrepreneurial environment.
• A smart leader who can influence and inspire to bring out the best in others.
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
