Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative analysis and data presentation skills to provide insights into how our customers use and interact with our products, what drives their adoption, retention, and consequent purchasing decisions.
• Develop, maintain and optimise key product, feature metrics, understand the root causes of changes in metrics.
• Support Product and Engineering teams by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Design and evaluate experiments for better product and marketing decisions.
• Partner with Engineering teams to optimise and maintain data infrastructure.
• Perform quality assurance techniques on data, and resolve discrepancies on time.
• Build key data sets to empower operational and exploratory analysis.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting needs while ensuring data accuracy & integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Data & Analytics / Business Intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo).
• Advanced working knowledge of SQL and database query best practices (ideally some experience within Snowflake).
• Understanding of data engineering and ETL principles.
• Have hands-on experience testing data quality / ETL flows and comparing; dataset / report output across tools.
