Android Engineer

Your day-to-day responsibilities include

• Development and improvement of the current application.
• Launch of technologically new services and applications.
• Development of new paid features based on in-app purchases.
• Optimization of interactions with different types of media content.
• Improving technical analytics for quick response to problems in the application.
• Implementation of the functionality of the built-in wallet.
• Development of a complex non-standard UI.
• Implementation of new A / B tests and hypothesis testing.
• Solving complex and interesting problems.

Minimum requirements

• 4+ years of experience in commercial development.
• Strong knowledge of Java / Kotlin, Android SDK, Dagger / Koin, Android Architecture Components.
• Understanding the principles of Clean Architecture, MVVM, MVP.
• Knowledge of Material Design Guidelines.
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies (HTTPS, REST API, JSON).
• Understanding the features of different versions of Android.
• Ability to correctly apply development patterns.
• Experience in developing client-server applications.
• Writing unit tests.
• English proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation.

Will be a plus:

• Have experience in developing such solutions (Secure Communications / Cryptography).
• Knowledge of the basics of information security.
• Experience with VoIP, WebRTC etc.
