Junior DevOps Engineer

In your day to day

• You will take part in company-wide DevOps efforts aimed to manage our platform’s infrastructures and servers in a very high load, improve the processing abilities of our bidder, as well as the experience of our development team.
• Manage and maintain our hybrid infrastructures of cloud servers in AWS and bare metal servers.
• Build and improve tools and processes to ensure R&D enablement, productivity, and stability.
• Manage automated deployment processes.
• Use technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Docker, Aerospike, Jenkins, HAProxy and more to provide agile workflow.
• Be responsible for the CI/CD pipelines, monitor, and scale.
• Take part in Optimization of use to reduce cloud costs and prevent unexpected spending.
• Keep the company’s tech environment protected from security threats.

Desired skills and experience

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps of a high-load product in production — must.
• Experience with a tech stack of Kafka, Spark, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Aerospike, Jenkins, HAProxy, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Writing in Python — must, Java — big advantage.
• High level of English for daily verbal and written communication.
• Resourceful! Creative, Proactive with a good sense of urgency.
