QA Test Lead

You will

• Closely work with a development team so to better centralize QA efforts.
• Provide Senior-level strategic thinking and leadership in the area of QA and risk management.
• Support and develop our quality model, which includes providing training, tools, and environments for developers to test, helping optimize and improve software development processes, and preventing issues before they become bugs.
• Support and improve a process of sharing knowledge and best practices within the Exness.
• Stay up to date with new approaches and tools in the area you work.
• Track quality assurance metrics and work with the product team leads to improve results.

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience as a QA Lead or similar role in a cross-functional team in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and automation testing in Python or JavaScript, and has built Test Automation frameworks using open-source tooling.
• Strong analytical skills and priority management.
• Excellent team and communication skills, argumentation strength, ability to learn and coach, ability to analyze, structured systematic way of working, result, and customer orientation.
• English language skills at the Upper-Intermediate level and above with fluent Russian.
