We are a data analytics team whose responsibilities include supporting SEO teams. We create internal services using machine learning, which other teams use to implement new products. The team consists of a Product Owner, Technical Owner, five Data Scientists, and one MLOps Engineer. There are more and more tasks, so we are looking for an MLOps Engineer.

The name Product & Development (P&D) is self-explanatory. More than 40 teams are involved in creation and development of Semrush products.
Interesting fact: almost every P&D team is associated with a specific colour – yellow, blue, red, black, orange, etc. Instead of mundanity, we strive to enjoy bright and exciting daily routines. The spirit of creativity is everywhere at Semrush.
In every location, the team set-up looks something like this: Product Owner responsible for the tool development strategy; Backend, Frontend or Fullstack developers; and QA Engineer.
However, there are frequent exceptions. For example, some teams may include a Data Scientist or a DevOps Engineer, other teams a Scrum Master, and some teams may consist entirely of product analysts.
The P&D team has bases in various countries: Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Serbia, Armenia and Poland. Our P&D colleagues work on sprints, attend Product demos on Fridays, joke about the fact that a bug is a feature and wholeheartedly love their work.
