You will

• Deliver and evolve team roadmap and technological vision statement.
• Optimize business value for the overall roadmap delivery, and for individual project in the roadmap.
• Continuously learn business and DevOps context for Digital Treatment Planning, search for opportunities for technological updates.
• Support the culture of technological excellence and quality as a 1st priority.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders: application release team, product developers’ team, architecture guild, connected services. Provide regular updates on the team plans and achievements.
• Remove external roadblocks and resolve dependencies for the projects under execution by the team, remove roadblocks.
• Propose, get alignment on, and enforce policies in the area of responsibility (e.g. common practices working with shared code).
• Identify and align scope of team responsibility, define effective model of organization.

You will need

• Excellent presentation and communications skills, fluent English. It is expected to be able to present efficiently on EMC level.
• Capability to prepare and defend business case for the transformational project.
• Awareness on modern technological trends, understanding business model behind the technology.
• Experience managing software engineering teams of 20+ employees.
• Be able to deep dive into the problem to the lowest level of technical details.
• Open-minded communication and well-structured, organized skills.
