We are looking for experienced Fullstack Engineers to join our Exness Technology team. The role will be focused on implementing complex solutions to improve the user journey — working side-by-side with Product Managers and connecting ideas to the customers optimally. We're looking for someone who will extend, optimize, and support the production of the existing software solutions, ensuring we capture as much value from the market as possible. You will research and innovate new ideas in user experience and process automation.

You will be

Be a member of an end-to-end development team focused on feature delivery.
Be a Senior Fullstack Software Developer (React & Python).
Learn new business domains and technologies.
Participate in the development of high load and high available web stack services.
Integrate the solution with trading interfaces (trading terminals) and APIs.
Support back-office interfaces (Personal Area, Payment Solutions, Back Office and Core Banking).
Participate in developing internal auxiliary libraries, tools, integrations, interfaces, and frameworks supporting all components and services.

The ideal candidate

Ready to learn new business domains and technologies.
Ready to work as a Full Stack developer.
Higher education in STEM.
Has five years of experience as a Senior Developer for frontend or backend development, or both.
Has a good experience with PostgreSQL.
Has a solid knowledge of general Computer Science and working experience with various system designs and integrational patterns.
Has a solid experience with ORM, and DBMS, including database architecting.
Ready to cultivate DevOps culture and usage of relevant tools — solid experience with Operating Systems, Networking Models, virtualization, and containerization.
Covers software with unit tests, has experience in integrational and load tests.
Successfully interacts with business functions using the English language.

In case of backend experience:

Has 4+ years of Python experience and excellent knowledge of its stack.
Experience with projects using AsyncIO, aiohttp, FastAPI, Django, or frameworks such as Sanic and Tornado.

Nice to have:

Experience acting as a code reviewer.
Experience in debugging, profiling, and code optimizations.
Highload, concurrency & multithreading backend systems development.
Microservice development experience.
