Project — modernisation and refactoring Android apps using Java and Kotlin. The goals are to move from Android 4.4 to 10 devices, combine two apps into one, and add new features.

App #1 is used by the Drivers to perform the delivery of the online orders.

App #2 helps with checking the health of the Vehicles before taking them on the road.

Main responsibilities

Driving project technical direction and decisions through individual contribution and mentorship.
Customer interaction and service in maintenance and enhancement of the solution application.
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work with outside data sources and APIs.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Required skills

Strong Java mobile development for Android.
Strong Kotlin mobile development for Android.
Familiar with Scrum development methodology.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) writing and speaking skills.
Self-dependence and open communication.
