As our company continues to grow at a rapid pace and is entering the international market, we are seeking to hire an HR manager who would be willing to work on expanding our team and establishing our company’s brand in the Serbian and other markets, and would be able to undertake a wide range of tasks. The successful candidate will be working as part of our HR team, who will be happy to offer support and guidance.
It is important to live in Serbia or know the market. At the initial stage, remote work is possible with subsequent relocation to Belgrade.
Responsibilities
- Recruit staff for all our development offices (Front-end, .Net Back-end, RoR, iOS, Android developers, QA, business analysts, and other roles).
- Work with various sources of recruitment (social networks, job search websites, professional forums, recommendations, etc.). Suggest alternatives. Offer strategies for recruiting diverse talent.
- Prepare and post vacancy announcements, search for and evaluate resumes, communicate with candidates, process responses from candidates.
- Develop HR rules and procedures.
- Monitor the job market. Conduct analysis of the market, salaries, and other indicators.
- Maintain a database of candidates, work with our internal Huntflow system.
- Source and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
- Perform a range of diverse tasks.
- Work in close interaction with Finance and HR departments.
- Contribute to formulating the company’s brand development strategy on the Serbian market and for the company in general.
Requirements
- University or college degree.
- Advanced levels of English (С1 or higher) and Russian (B2 or higher).
- At least 3-year recruitment experience in IT.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Own database of candidates (Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts).
- Good working knowledge of search tools.
- Advanced PC user.
- Personality traits: self-reliance, initiative, flexibility, responsibility, ability to work with a large amount of information, a high level of empathy.
