Our team

Our infrastructure security engineers work with Splunk, k8s, Vault, Cloud Security (AWS, GCP), WAF, actively use DevSecOps approaches, and automate security operations (SecOps, Python / Go). Our close-knit team strives to grow each team member as our business grows.

You will

• Determine and define clear project scope and deliverables, control it during the whole project.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Gather quality requirements (functional and non-functional) for deliverable and control their achievement.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and control timelines.
• Conduct analysis of systems that will be impacted by project activities, keeping all identified parties involved in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
• Assign roles and responsibilities for project team comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds.
• Coordinate effort from various dev teams and align them to achieve project goals.
• Manage cross-division and cross function interdependencies and securing required resources. Where necessary, facilitate prioritization regarding shared resources across various projects.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Use appropriate systems, tools and techniques to control project performance, manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Example projects: Fingerprint solutions, Public Key Infrastructure development.

The ideal candidate

• 3+ years of experience in Information Security.
• Proven 1+ years of working experience as Project Manager or a similar role leading complex technological projects.
• Good understanding of modern software development practices and release approaches (CI/CD, etc.).
• Good understanding of general systems and architecture design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, presentation skills.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent project activities that may have competing timelines and deadlines.
• Experience in working in a fast-paced, high growth, technology focussed organization.
• Strong analytical skills / data analysis skills.
• Fluent English and Russian languages (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, SOAR, ELK, Graylog, Cloud Security is a plus.
• Broad spectrum of tech knowledge in the following areas: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Vault, LDAP, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, macOS, Microsoft Windows / AD, SSO is a plus.
• General acquaintance with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements associated with financial services is a plus.
• Any industry certifications are a plus.
• Financial Markets and trading operations understanding is a plus.
