Senior Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design server-side architecture.
• Develop, manage, optimize backend services and databases.
• Design and build APIs.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams and product managers.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
• Participate in front-end development if needed.
• Write technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least one prior full-time position as a backend software engineer.
• Minimum two years of hands-on experience with Python backend development (Flask, Django etc.).
• Confident Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, EC2, S3).
• Extensive experience of designing and building APIs for Mobile / Web clients (REST, WebSockets).
• Experience in writing & testing extensible code in a collaborative way in big projects.
• Knowledge of microservices and containerization paradigms.
• Comfortable with the Linux command line and Git.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• An analytical mind.

Bonus points for:

• AWS certification (Practitioner or Associate).
• Automation — CI/CD (Jenkins).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design.
• Previous experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue.js).
