Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Management, field, and customers to define products requirements for new products and innovative features to support the company vision and product strategy.
• Work closely with the R&D team to develop requirements and functional specs to ensure successful end-to-end implementation of those features.
• Work closely with the R&D project manager to ensure on-time and on-quality execution of committed content.
• Lead the technical product roadmap short and long term.
• Be the focal point and provide product guidance to R&D (DEV, SQA, V&V) in their development.
• Be an owner of features and products end to end.
• Plan User Acceptance Testing with key stakeholders.
• Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and evolving environment, to drive delivery of solutions while influencing cultural change.
• Able to support multiple projects simultaneously and to resolve scheduling and other conflicts in order to meet all deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Sciences or Engineering, preferably in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, MBA an advantage.
• 3+ years of inbound Product Management Experience at a startup or tech company.
• Experience in development or management of medical device(s) combined of software and hardware components in medical imaging field.
• Experience working in dental, orthodontic, oral surgical, dental equipment or dental lab a significant advantage.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely.
• Experience & Leadership in software product ideation, definition & management.
• Deep empathy for the user.
• Comfort in matrix organizations.
• Great communication skills. Asking questions, listening, facilitating and arbitrating discussions, and presenting ideas to groups large and small are all things you are good at.
