We're looking for a driven and self-starting person to be in charge of our user understanding and happiness.
Responsibilities
- Build user-, product- and business level performance dashboards.
- Conduct user research to fuel engineering & product teams with insights.
- Do root cause analysis of events to increase product funnels conversion.
- Provide guidelines along customer's journeys to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to break complex problems into smaller ones.
- Initiative, courage, and self-sufficiency.
- Enjoy working with data and using SQL.
- BA+ in engineering, physics, math, economics from a top university.
- Good English.
- Bonus — experience with financial services.
