Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build user-, product- and business level performance dashboards.
• Conduct user research to fuel engineering & product teams with insights.
• Do root cause analysis of events to increase product funnels conversion.
• Provide guidelines along customer's journeys to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to break complex problems into smaller ones.
• Initiative, courage, and self-sufficiency.
• Enjoy working with data and using SQL.
• BA+ in engineering, physics, math, economics from a top university.
• Good English.
• Bonus — experience with financial services.
