Product Manager (Dating)

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements in close cooperation with stakeholders.
• Turn ideas into detailed and thoughtful concepts.
• Manage all stages of product development, from creating documentation to analyzing metrics.
• Develop product interfaces in close cooperation with the designer.
• Analyze indicators and metrics that determine the success of the product and new functionality.
• Conduct A/B testing, test hypotheses and optimize the product to improve conversions.

Tech requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in the field of Dating.
• Have already successfully launched web or mobile dating products.
• Experience in documentation and systematization of requirements.
• Ability to describe the development tasks in detail, to analyze the description for completeness, feasibility, and inconsistency.
• Basic knowledge and experience in the following areas: programming, management, operational management, design, business analysis.
