They are looking for a recruiting team leader of three people. The person will be responsible for hiring at IT / R&D / Sales. An opportunity to join an international team and projects at the level of international offices (EVP development, building recruitment processes in different locations). Responsibilities
- Attract, search and hire talent from around the globe in a multi-site organization.
- Manage the team: motivate and develop members of the team.
- Ensure the team is proactive in achieving hiring targets, inspiring and leading a dispersed team of recruiters.
- Manage RPO partners and vendors to supplement efforts of full time team.
- Monitor and actively manages budget and recruiting investments.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment around global processes, systems, sourcing strategies, social media and employment branding.
- Develop, implement and execute effective employment brand, search and hiring strategies.
- Improve the recruitment process in the organization including application of metrics, measurement, reporting (PWBI) and taking action to close gaps.
Informed of market trends and recruiting practices.
- Monitor labor legislation and implements required changes to ensure compliance.
- Proactively share recruitment topics, progress, innovations and results.
- Be align with business on AOP and capacity planning TA team.
Requirements
- Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in recruiting.
- 2+ years leadership and managerial experience in multi-country geography-advantage.
- Experienced in R&D recruitment. Commercial hiring is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with key stakeholders in the execution of recruiting initiatives.
- Strong project management and analytic skills, the ability to leverage data to support a business case.
- An engaging leader that supports teamwork and putting others forward.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and develop strong relationships.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and capable of adapting and responding to change.
- Experience working in a globally matrixed environment — advantage.
- Partners and influences senior leadership; is self-confident, and capable of building proactive and meaningful relationships throughout our global organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Hebrew.
- Demonstrate a high degree of independent decision-making, as well as the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments with aggressive timelines.
