Your expected outcomes

• Develop and scale the current ‘manual’ MVP of same-day delivery from 50 to 5 000 clients globally.
• Launch the product in all countries, educate sales and operations local teams on the product.
• Find new market opportunities for further development of product for big clients.

Responsibilities

• Find and remove obstacles to the global growth of same-day delivery product.
• Talk to clients and gain insights on their pains and needs.
• Work closely with developers, designers and researchers to constantly improve the digital part of the product.
• Educate sales, marketing and operational teams across the 10 countries to help our product succeed.
• Take part in product strategy articulation.

Requirements

• An experienced team leader: have launched or have grown products with big operational part.
• Therefore you’re not afraid of operations and manual problem-solving.
• You have a product-oriented approach: able to see the core pain, data-informed, pro with unit-economics and market intelligence, able to provide a smooth experience to clients both in an online and offline part.
• You understand and apply lean hypotheses validation principles.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
