Senior Golang Developer

The role

Chainstack is in the active growth phase with an increasing number of customers and workloads. As a Golang developer in our team you will be responsible for adapting and improving blockchain open-source projects like Geth/Erigon/etc and creating something absolutely new inside Chainstack

Experience in Crypto and/or blockchain is not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Fix bugs/Implement new features in Geth/Erigon blockchain clients.
• Adapt those clients to Chainstack infrastructure and operations.
• Building new microservices for new products.
• R&D of new technologies and delivery of them to production.
• Troubleshooting production environment and constantly improving it with Infrastructure Engineers.

• Advanced Go Skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience building out cloud native microservices architectures.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.

• Experience with contributing to open-source.
• Previous experience in interacting with blockchain node software (i.e., Bitcoin, Ethereum etc).
• Experience in infrastructure automation tools like Helm, Terraform, Ansible, and any continuous integration or delivery tools.
• Familiarity with technologies such as distributed computing and cybersecurity.
• An exceptional intellectual drive to go deeper down the blockchain rabbit hole.
