OneSoil is a fast-growing AgTech startup. We are among the first in the world who combine satellite images and actual data from the fields with machine learning algorithms to develop digital solutions for agriculture. Our tools help farmers around the world to increase productivity, yield and reduce environmental impact of their operations.

Our platform combines a free app used by more than 330’000 users all over the world, with over 7% of the world's arable land (100M+ hectares) added in the app by our users, advanced products for precision farming, as well as global analytics for businesses. In 2018, Product Hunt named our OneSoil Map the best AI product for recognizing fields and crops. Our key markets currently are Europe & CIS, Latin and the United States and our plan is to cover the whole world.

This field doesn't have established solutions yet, every new idea is a leap into the unknown. That's why this field's pioneers have a chance to do something truly revolutionary. We are building the world’s largest platform for farmers with data driven insights about the field on the global scale. Our mission is to transform agriculture to help feed the world’s growing population.

OneSoil team is looking for a great Product Manager to join us in our Warsaw office. Our team is growing fast and we need more arms and hearts to test hypotheses, conduct experiments, explore the unexplored and help our great products become even greater!

What you will do

Take part in defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Tests product hypotheses.
Gather, manage, and prioritize market and customer requirements.
Act as the customer advocate articulating the user’s needs.
Prioritize product features and capabilities.
Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses.
Align stakeholders around the vision for the product.
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.

What you will bring

You're an experienced product manager and want to create a global product with a purpose.
You launched new features and products from scratch and grew metrics for mobile products. You're proud of your work.
You have a deep understanding of how the mobile market works.
You have very strong analytical skills. You can work with data and get insights.
You can easily build and test product hypotheses.
You enjoy talking with users and conducting research.
You've successfully managed teams of 5 people or more and product development.
You really like people, and they like you back.
You strive for more responsibility than you currently have.
You're a fan of constantly improving in terms of products, processes, and yourself.

Would be a plus

Experience in AgTech.
Experience in B2B or B2B2C products.
