GBA (Global Booking and Allocations) is a strategic middle office platform offering the Trade Capture function for multiple asset classes of financial products. It consumes front office data for straight-through trade processing using a wide range of booking models. GBA provides booking and allocations services for all spectrum of asset classes (stocks, options, ETFs, indexes, etc) and products (cash, swap, etc) used in Equity Trading, Prime Brokerage and Equity Derivatives business lines. Now they are looking for a Team Lead in a project for a technological center of one of the ten largest banks in the world by assets.

Responsibilities
- Coordination of work of the globally distributed development team.
- Line management, coaching, development of the local team.
- Planning and controlling the development, re-engineering, support.
- Arrange code reviews, ensure code, design quality.
- Arrange automated tests development.
- Tasks progress and time reporting.
- Release instructions and production rollout review and support.
- Code, functionality documentation.
Requirements
- Good communication skills, upper-intermediate or advanced English.
- Minimum 8 years experience of professional development in Java in Financial or Capital Markets Sector.
- 3+ years of team leading experience (in Financial or Capital Markets Sector - plus).
- Understanding of programming patterns in Financial or Capital Markets Sector.
- Experience in working with high frequency or low latency data processing systems.
- Experience with high volume data processing systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding algorithm complexity.
- Plus: Hands-on experience with messaging platforms (Solace, MQ).
- Plus: Hands-on experience with Unix or Linux.
- Plus: Understanding Equity trading workflows.
- Plus: Agile or XP development experience including test-driven development.
