What you will do

General HR:

• Set up relocation procedures and create a basis for remote work on a nomad visa, oversee these processes.
• Create and manage employee onboarding, career development and growth planning.

Recruitment:

• Work out a hiring strategy, choose the instruments, resources and third parties for searching new candidates.
• Post new job ads in accordance with the company’s scaling plans, communicate with candidates at all stages, report on process for each job posting.

• You have good knowledge of the roles and processes in fintech (IT).
