Due to expansion, we are hiring for a Systems Analyst to take a lead role in designing our next-generation applications and platform.

You will be responsible for

Translating user and systems requirements into technical user stories.
Working closely with the Agile Delivery Lead and Lead QA to create requirements documentation, system roadmaps, epics, user stories, and test cases.
Providing detailed specifications to the development team, resolving questions, ensuring clarity, and helping to remove impediments.
Writing and maintaining detailed systems' documentation.
Working with colleagues to identify issues, resolve bugs and defects.

Enjoy having autonomy of a system and decide how it will function and operate.
You like the detail — we are all about quality.
Experience creating technical specifications and diagrams for software development projects.
At least 2 years as a Systems Analyst.
Must have software development experience.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
