Due to expansion, we are hiring for a Systems Analyst to take a lead role in designing our next-generation applications and platform.
You will be responsible for
- Translating user and systems requirements into technical user stories.
- Working closely with the Agile Delivery Lead and Lead QA to create requirements documentation, system roadmaps, epics, user stories, and test cases.
- Providing detailed specifications to the development team, resolving questions, ensuring clarity, and helping to remove impediments.
- Writing and maintaining detailed systems' documentation.
- Working with colleagues to identify issues, resolve bugs and defects.
You will be a great fit if you

- You like the detail — we are all about quality.
- Experience creating technical specifications and diagrams for software development projects.
- At least 2 years as a Systems Analyst.
- Must have software development experience.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
