Team Lead UX Researcher

Your responsibilities

• Manage a UX research team.
• Develop high-quality product research in the company.
• Instill a culture of UX research across the company’s departments.
• Transmit to the team the requirements and pains of the service’s users.
• Plan and coordinate qualitative and quantitative research: usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys and the development of their prototypes.
• Participate proactively in designing new functional elements, supporting them from the design stage to implementation, and analyzing their effectiveness after release.
• Help to generate hypotheses, to prepare A/B experiments, to analyze the results and to then generate more hypotheses.
• Work with analytical tools to prove or reject hypotheses.
• Manage a research knowledge base.
• Organize the collection and analysis of user satisfaction metrics.

We expect that you

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a UX researcher or at least 2 years of experience working as a team leader in UX research.
• Want to manage a team of UX researchers and develop them.
• Have experience of running all basic methods of qualitative and combined qualitative and quantitative UX research.
• Know how to create simple and complex prototypes from scratch (Axure, Figma).
• Have the ability to play an active role in the life of product teams, want to get involved everywhere and improve everything.
• Know how to transmit users’ problems and requirements in a clear and comprehensible manner to the product and business teams.
• Want to develop personally and to build a great hi-tech product.

Desirable:

• Quantitative data analysis skills.
• Experience in web analysis tools (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika).
• Experience of working in product teams.
• Ability to communicate with UI designers.
