Senior Crowd Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Prepare, test, and maintain data collection and handling processes.
• Evaluate the speed and quality of data collection.
• Conduct experiments and research, analyze results, and draw conclusions.
• Communicate with customers and crowd performers to solve their issues.
• Work with customers and partners from different parts of the world (US, Europe, Asia).

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Capable of processing large amounts of data.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or Groovy to write scripts.
• Communication skills for cooperating with software developers.
• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Negotiation skills: can control discussions, reach agreements, and record the results.
• Proactive in learning.

Preferred qualifications:

• Crowdsourcing experience.
• Familiar with machine learning concepts.
• Proven experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Capable of working on a team, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
• Flexible mindset for working in an atmosphere of rapid development, where requirements are constantly changing.
