We are looking for experienced Full-Stack Engineers to join our Exness Technology team. The role will be focused on implementing complex solutions to improve the user journeys and internal marketing activities. Working side-by-side with Product Managers, connecting ideas to the customers in the most optimal way. We're looking for a person who will extend, optimize, and support the production of the existing software solutions, ensuring we capture as much value from the market as possible. You will research and innovate new ideas in user experience and marketing processes automation.

What you will do

Create and deliver core features of our product on a weekly basis.
Write testable, documented code that is highly maintainable.
Automate repetitive tasks when possible.
Contribute to improving our working methods and processes as the team grows.
Develop highload and high available web stack services to support various customer.

Requirements

A passion to build reliable technical product in digital communications.
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
Strong knowledge of Python and in addition JavaScript (ES6+) or vice versa.
Experience with RDBMS (e.g. PostgreSQL) and.
Experience with analytics / product tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize (A/B tests).
Good spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

Experience with Python in projects using AsyncIO, aiohttp, FastAPI or frameworks such as Sanic and Tornado.
Experience with CI/CD.
Experience with Nodejs, Webpack, Yarn, NPM, etc.
Experience acting as a code reviewer.
Experience in debugging, profiling, and code optimizations.
Highload, concurrency & multithreading backend systems development.
Microservice development experience.
