Product Lead

Responsibilities

The scope of this role is quite expansive. It includes:

• Owning several of the product tracks we run, from collecting customer feedback and data.
• Creating product specs.
• Working with our design, collaborating with our engineering team.
• Releasing the features.
• Onboarding customers into them with customer success and iterating.
• Helping to produce educational content and improve our self-serve flows to scale it.

All of that in tight collaboration with me, but staying fully autonomous and being the main driving force behind all of that.

Requirements

• Experience running product/engineering groups for B2B SaaS products.
• Very fine-grained understanding of key product and business metrics.
• You should have done A/B testing, measured LTV, tried to minimize CAC and so forth.
• Bonus: data-science, engineering or marketing background.
