Persona.ly, is a global company with machine-learning based products in market research and mobile advertising fields, with offices and representations in Russia, India, Korea, China and headquarters in Israel, is looking for a Senior DevOps engineer, to join our development team and report to the product lead.
As a DevOps engineer of our machine-learning-based RTB product, you will be part of a very stable (10 years old) global start-up company that moves fast and give real value to the customers based on our technology -helping their growth efforts, fraud prevention efforts, and providing them with data-driven insights derived from our custom predictive models in our proprietary OpenRTB bidder, which processes over a million transactions a second!
You will be the focal point of our platform’s infrastructures and servers in a very high load. And take full ownership of all company-wide DevOps efforts aimed to improve the processing. Abilities of our bidder, as well as the experience of our development team.
Responsibilities
- Manage our hybrid infrastructures of cloud servers in AWS and bare metal servers.
- Build and improve tools and processes to ensure R&D enablement, productivity and stability.
- Lead automated deployment processes.
- Use technologies as Kubernetes, Docker, Aerospike, Jenkins, HAProxy and more to provide agile workflow.
- Be Responsible for the CI/CD pipelines, Monitor and scale.
- Optimize and analyze use in order to reduce cloud costs and prevent unexpected spending.
- Keep the company’s tech environment protected from security threats.
Desired Skills
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps.
- Experience with tech stack of Kafka, Spark, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Aerospike, Jenkins, HAProxy, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Writing in Python — must. Java — advantage.
- High level of English for daily verbal and written communication.
- Resourceful! Creative, Proactive with a good sense of urgency.
