Persona.ly, is a global company with machine-learning based products in market research and mobile advertising fields, with offices and representations in Russia, India, Korea, China and headquarters in Israel, is looking for back-end developers.

As a developer of our web and mobile based surveys platform (Surveytime.io), you will be part of a very stable (10 years old) global start-up company that moves fast and give real value to the customers and users based on our technology. We give our 10 million worldwide users simple experiences to complete surveys and get rewarded immediately, and help our customers to target the relevant audience for their market researches.

In your day to day

You’ll develop a product in production used by 10 million users and growing.
You’ll encounter dynamic and challenging tasks like users segmentation and a high scale of data.
Develop an up-to-date tech stack: NodeJs, Aerospike, MongoDB, Qlickview, and more, in CI/CD mode.
While dealing with legacy code as well.
You’ll have the ability and room to influence development procedures.
You’ll be a meaningful part of a real global agile oriented team, working closely with product managers in an innovative and creative fast-paced start-up.

Essential skills

Must have experience developing a product that came to production.
4+ years of experience in Back End / Full stack software development.
Experience with Node.js.
Experience with React.js — a huge advantage.
Knowledge of NoSQL and key-value DB’s as MongoDB.
Big data experience-advantage.
Practice of Agile / Scrum.
High level of English for daily communication.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Start-up state of mind-taking ownership. Self-motivated, open-minded, independent and result-oriented.

The salary will be 4500 to 6000 USD
