Responsibilities

• Work with the founding team to translate the business vision into the product roadmap.
• Be in charge of business KPIs at the product level.
• Track business metrics and develop actionable plans to hit the targets.
• Conduct market and user research, analyze user feedback, and incorporate the outcomes into the product roadmap.
• Work with the engineering team to maintain tight time-to-market targets.
• Work with the UX/UI team to balance business goals with UX/UI.
• Work with marketing teams to sync messaging with business goals.
• Work with the ops team to maintain the target UX.

Requirements

• Fintech / banking consumer product management experience; experience with consumer lending is a plus.
• Unlimited data-driven curiosity.
• Ability to quickly discover best practices in the market and benchmark against them.
• Advanced English skills.

Interview process

Deep-dive interview ~60 minutes:

We will be looking to understand role-specific knowledge as well as your values and skills. We might ask for a code sample from a previous project in advance of this interview. For non-technical interviews, the conversation will revolve around a case study.
