Python Developer (BestEx Team)

You will do

• Participate in the full lifecycle from hypothesis formulation and testing to prototyping and production release to clients.
• Implement metrics and models that help evaluate order execution decisions and inform order execution decisions.
• Analyze what happens in the market before/after an order is executed to detect front-running, market impact, and book fade.
• Analyze historical order execution data from multiple firms to draw statistically significant conclusions.
• Consider using ML techniques if/when appropriate.

You will have a chance to

• Become intimately familiar with TCA problems faced by various types of financial markets participants.
• Learn to how financial markets operate and dive into market microstructure.
• See your code go to production every two weeks.

You will need

• At least two years of back-end Python experience.
• A degree with a background in statistics and computer science.
• Experience or an interest in working with large sets of financial data.
• Ability to write clear documentation and unit tests.
• A creative mind with attention to details and drive for results.
