Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define overall strategy and direction for the product development.
• Follow the trends and be in sync with market leaders, understand their goals, and adjust ours accordingly.
• Define and decompose the functional requirements, compose functional specifications.
• Define key metrics of the product, be able to measure them using analytical systems (Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc).
• Work closely with the designer, assign prototyping and design tasks.
• Be the team’s project manager — break the work into sprints, assign tasks and follow deadlines.
• Be a good team player, be nice, be respectful.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience.
• Experience with analytical systems (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika, etc.).
• GoPractice completion certificate is a huge advantage.
• Good understanding of the blockchain and crypto ecosystem (or the ability to quickly dig into it — it will take time!).
• Basic understanding of how blockchain works under the hood, what’s possible and what’s not.
• Upper-intermediate English or preferably higher (the team is international).
