Lead of Flutter Development Team

Responsibilities

• Increase team’s efficiency.
• Develop and improve crucial components of the platform.
• Make the product testable.
• Participate in grooming, planning, tech and estimation sessions.
• Make own decisions on architecture level.
• Bring fresh and innovative ideas into company’s processes.
• Support and improve product documentation.
• Couch team members.
• Lead by example.
• Code review.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience (Android or iOS).
• 1+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience (at least 1 application released in store).
• 2+ year of Leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of Dart (including Dart streams / RxDart).
• Solid knowledge of mobile architecture principles.
• Solid knowledge of OOP/SOLID principles.
• Solid knowledge of REST and Sockets.
• Solid understanding of full mobile development lifecycle.
• Experience with Unit and Functional testing of mobile applications.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance optimization.

Will be a plus:

• Kotlin.
• Java.
• Swift.
• Experience with CI/CD process.
