Your tasks
As a Deep Learning Engineer, you design innovative deep learning algorithms for detecting indoor objects in 360-degree images (e.g. with object recognition and semantic segmentation).
With your profound experience in agile software development, you define the design of software-components and interfaces, as well as implement and test those, based on state-of-the-art software-principles.
You will accompany the entire development process from the first prototypical version to the usage in production.
Requirements
- Master/Bachelor in Computer Science or related degree.
- Very experienced handling deep learning frameworks, e.g. Tensorflow 2.0, Pytorch. Able to implement the latest DL model using existing API, open-source libraries in a short time.
- Good understanding of the mainstream deep learning models for object detection and segmentation.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art computer vision for all components of the machine learning cycle (data preprocessing, data pipelines, evaluation metrics, logging frameworks etc.).
- Familiar with the agile software development process, CI/CD workflow, ticket management, code-review, version control, etc.
- Good English skills, especially for writing and reading documentation.
The salary comes from Germany. To receive it safely, you must have a valid account outside the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine.

You’ll be working in a team that drives the company's AI development to develop algorithms for a variety of different use cases. This includes, e.g., working with equirectangular, phone, or satellite images to detect doors, windows, or other objects inside of buildings or finding facets on the roof. You’ll be challenged by solving complex 3D geometry problems and working closely with our labeling team to ensure the best possible data quality.
