But it can take hundreds of steps across multiple tools just to get one contract safely agreed. This legacy way of working leads to bottlenecks in core business processes and makes Legal a blocker, rather than an enabler.

Legacy contract management tools make things worse. Built for handling static, offline files they don’t capture the data you need to make good decisions with contracts.

That’s why we founded Juro. Juro is an all-in-one contract automation platform that helps visionary legal counsel and the teams they enable to agree and manage contracts in one unified workspace.

What are you going to do

• Build new product features from start to finish: through working with designers on ideation and solution framing to delivery, maintenance, and polish with the rest of the engineering team.
• Investigate and fix the core database issues. Sporadically perform MongoDB profiling in order to detect culprits of degraded database performance.
• Work with infrastructure. Analyzing and debugging network issues, services heap overload, loss of connection to the database.
• Investigation and fixes of issues related to various integrations and 3rd party services.
• Maintain and support code infrastructure and integration with Sentry for the team of developers to help them investigate and reproduce bugs and issues.
• Bind our front-end and back-end services together and monitor, test and continuously optimize and improve your solutions.
• Drive impactful engineering solutions that put humans front and center.

• You're excited about the problems that require strong backend skills, delivering results with your work.
• You want, and you can constantly do codebase refactoring.
• You've worked with a team on a challenging project, using NodeJS and Typescript.
• You have tons of experience working with MongoDB.
• You’ve implemented, delivered and supported complex microservice's infrastructure.
• You've built and supported both internal and external APIs.
• You're driven by long term-career development goals and are comfortable working with a high level of autonomy.
